How long does it Take you to Drive a Different Car properly??

This is a Question for guys! Now be honest here. Lets say you're driving whatever car you are now... and someone gave you a brand new & totally DIFFERENT car, for example a Bugatti Veyron. How many hours, or days would it take you to become familiar with driving the car - handling, braking, steering etc? 10 minutes, hours, or days, or weeeks??
