I think I have it somewhat extreme on both ends of masturbation frequency. Of course, the longest time was from when I was born to when I first discovered masturbation, but I don't think that counts at all. From that on, I think there was a period of around 4 years of utter and complete celibacy. After that broke down finally at some point, I have never since tried to intentionally abstain for too long. There was a time recently when I was completely celibate for a few weeks (due to circumstances) and after that it really felt like it was about time to get off again.

Nowadays I get off somewhere around 5 times per day. The most I have done is 11 times per day. That was a bit much...
