Because she was bored and wanted to have some fun. Simple. Nothing complex about it.
It wasn't a concept over the years, it was us having fun and when it stopped being as much fun, she wanted to change it. Some models do whatever it is they do for years on end and that's fine for them, but that's the cool thing about owning your own site - you get to do what you want, not what someone else tells you to do. Define "worked fine" do you mean the amount of money she was making? because u have no clue about that.. do you mean how she felt about it personally? cause you also have no clue about that.. or do you mean what the "fans" thought of it? Well if what she was doing before was working great, then wouldn't her fans also be happy with what she's doing now? IF they're REAL Bryci fans they will support her no matter what.. right? LOL I love you guys too! And just know for every time I "lash out" and.. gasp! speak my mind.. there are 20 other times that I "bite my tongue" so to speak and smile. But after 9 years of hearing this kinda stuff sometimes I just have to speak up and say "are you fucking kidding me?!"
A lot of my girlfriends have recently made the jump into b/g territory and I have seen so many ridiculous statements from people who cal themselves "fans" that range from hilarious to downright evil and hateful. I'm blown away at some of the things these guys dare to say to these girls, who are only doing what THEY WANT TO DO with THEIR BODIES for WHATEVER REASONS they have.. makes me wonder:/

Raimmi - I mean no disrespect here but what you or any other "fan" wanted or wants, *does not matter*. (I'll explain..)
Successful models do what models want to do, for them. Not for you. Not for me. Not for the guy or girl down the street, but for them. The models that do what others want, get burnt out and flake out of the business. We've all seen girls get in over their head because they did this or that because someone told them they had to in order to succeed. Armchair quarterbacks usually, slimy webmasters or photographers other times. The girls rarely listen to themselves and do what they are comfortable doing, because they fear if they do that, they'll find no success in this industry. It's not the popular opinion, but it is the correct one, ask almost any model.
Any model that has ever worked along side me will tell you I tell them to do what they want at all times. That's the rule of the Bella Network - the ladies make their own decisions in regards to what they show, what they don't, how they do whatever it is they're doing. If you yourself had a site, last thing you'd want is anyone else telling you how to do it, right? Bryci has always called her own shots, from day one. She does what makes her happy and myself, I find out only a few days prior to the fans finding out what she's decided to do. She comes to a conclusion of the direction she wants to move in, then she sits and ponders it for months on end going over the pros/cons, sleeping on the idea, thinking about it without thinking about it to reach the right conclusion for her. Then she comes to me and says hey... this is what i was thinking about, you have any thoughts on this? sort of thing. I then weigh in with pros/cons I can come up with.
I have always and will always support her every decision, but if you think what she was doing or what someone else wanted her to do played into her decision, you'd be only fooling yourself. From day one, in Feb 2009 we had people trying to tell us what she needed to do in order to be successful. We didn't listen to them then, and we didn't listen to them now. If anything, Bryci is happier now than she has ever been with her site/decision (her words). She wrote a blog about it as well, but if you're a "fan" as you say, you no doubt are aware of this already. if not, it can be read here as well as her fans commenting below the thread.
Not a popular opinion, but I stand up for the models and tell them point blank - fuck the "fans"!

haha and again, I mean no disrespect but what I *DO* mean by this and why I put fans in quotes throughout this post, is that if someone is a true fan they support the model no matter what she does. They don't get upset when she goes in a direction that they don't like. They respect her for her decision, and if it's in a direction they don't like they simple wish the model the best and move on to another model that best suites their needs.I hope that makes sense. I can clearly see you're upset Bryci went this way and that's certainly your opinion and your right to express this opinion, but honestly, nobody cares as much as you do about your opinion (right?). So instead of being upset, why not move in a more positive direction and find a model you do like? There are hundreds if not thousands of models here, I have to believe there is one you'll enjoy.

There was a time when Male12 was cool.
