You would hope they are healthier than most, I'm not sure about "go to the doctor" but they have regular full STI checks due to the nature of their job, and they work with other adults who are regularly checked and cleared. Depending on how much sex they have off-camera, there is a good chance an awful lot of them are less likely to contract something nasty than Average Joe who goes out on the pull every weekend, never bothers to rubber up, has no idea of the sexual history of his unfortunate jizz receptacle and never gets himself checked.

I am going to take another side of this and say..............NOT VERY!
They get tested for diseases regularly. That is great
But Porn Stars are Independent Contractors - for the most part. That means NO Health Insurance. Most are young and thus most don't feel the need to see the Doctor regularly because their health isn't as big of a concern as it would be for someone in their late 30s or 40+
We often see/read/hear about Porn Stars who have serious health issues such as Breast Cancer or some other kind of cancer that has spread and made their life miserable if not help end it because they failed to see a Doctor about it until it was too late and then there is a drive to help this person raise money because their bill is so high because they didn't have Insurance.
They are "healthy" as far as no "Social Diseases" but knowing the lifestyle they live with the smoking/drugs/alcohol/late night parties I think they are not very healthy at all. There are exceptions but overall I'd say "Not VERY" (Can't wait for Stiffy to tear apart my answer and rip me for it

Why should I? I take exception to posts, not posters. Some pornstars lead the lifestyle that leads to them becoming the proverbial train wreck, that's indisputable. But you acknowledged "there are exceptions." Nothing to see here... carry on.
