As a former barman myself, I reckon it's actually the polite smile of "(sigh) Somebody thinks they're clever" or "Never heard that one." Or the nod of "Just doing my job, no need to be a dick."

Tended bar as a means of getting through college myself and it's both the fact that you've heard it before and it saves a bit of effort on the job. Never crossed my mind that anyone was being "a dick" about anything but perhaps you are just more of a crab-ass than I am. :dunno:

I always ***** lager from the bottle, mainly for convenience, unless it's one of those big 660ml bottles at home, prob half would go in the glass, then I'd stick the top back over and keep the rest chilled, till the other half was quaffed. Use the fridge for food and milk mostly, stand alone **** chiller for the *******.

I'd pick a glass definitely over ******** from a can tho, apart from when standing at parties etc.

Overthinking the glass/bottle debate a tad, but wouldn't more air bubbles be able to escape from a glass than a bottle, rendering your ***** flat quicker? Another thing, apart from you are at sat at a table to place drinks, the ***** can stay in your hand a lot of the time. At least if your holding a bottle(not one of the dumpy ones tho), you can try to hold it by the neck section so your hand doesn't warm the **** directly as much.

I ***** mostly *****, other times it's either Stella/Krony/becks/grolsh/fosters gold etc or some Guinness. Jager bombs get the nod on matchday happy hours.

Scandalous bottled **** prices out these days, best off sticking to draught pints for ****, providing it's not been watered down. A case of 20 premium bottles bought from a shop here, costs around the same as 4-5 bottles out from an average quality local place, go to the best part of town and it's even worse.

I don't like "Ice Cold ****". I don't like ******** **** out of a can. Same with a bottle. I like my **** poured or drawn in a **** glass. And as for females bartenders... they have no business being behind the bar. They need to be out on the floor, tending to the needs of the patrons -- wiping up spills, bringing more **** to the tables, etc.

The only time I ***** warm ****, is when I'm camping, and I pour it over a bowl of Rice Crispies, or Corn Flakes.

Cans are lighter. They take up less room for storage and a stomp with your foot makes for compact disposal. I wish they made them square with sippy straws to fit into pockets and lunch boxes.

It depends on the situation. If I'm at a tailgate party or other outdoor gathering, then bottles are the way to go. Otherwise (and in general) I find it to taste better in a glass.

Overall, I'm not much of a **** person. I prefer ******...I enjoy mixed drinks and think ***** is some pretty damn good stuff. And I don't have much ******** experience, to be honest.

Boutique beers are better in Australia like White Rabbit, Moo Brew (some not all), Little Creatures etc ~ as far as big brewing companies Coopers is my fav, followed by Cascade (pale ale only) & James Boags Premium even though they are not Australian owned anymore. Fosters is for when you are completely fucking desperate lolz! :glugglug:
