I was thinking about this and the race in porn angle and this thought came to me that some might want to consider.I can totally see a girl who is not racist refusing to enagage in interracial for lets say the following reason.As we can imagine her father lets say may not approve of her career choice of being in porn but would find her being involved in interracial as even more disturbing,so the girl may choose not to do that just to try to appease the parents and their sensibilities to some degree.

That's nothing but a cop out excuse to try and justify their racist/discriminatory ways. People have 100's of excuses and reasons why they won't do a certain ethnicity... but it's all racial discrimination any way you cut it.

See, that's where I disagree. Sexual attraction and racism have nothing to do with eachother. That's like saying all gay people are sexist because they're not sexually attracted to the opposite sex.

Don't know about sexist... but they are in fact sexually discriminatory to the other sex if they refuse to have sex with them. It's not a big deal if you are, my thing is just stop trying to lie and deny it. Just be man/woman enough to come straight and admit it. If you're racially discriminatory towards people, at least be big enough to own up to it and stop trying to use a bunch of cop out excuses like a coward.

are they really? maybe I am being a bit extreme in this example, but it proves a point about using semantics as distraction. according to the KKK they are not a hate group. they are a love group, because they love white people.

as I said, hate is an emotion. racism is racism. the two are not necessarily dependent on each other.

if you hate someone because of their race, then you are a racist. if you merely don't like someone because of their race, you are still a racist. if you find someone to be unattractive because of their race... it's just a matter of preference. that doesn't add up.

the correlation is negative racial association.

I agree with you there Friday. and people say we are blowing this out of proportion. As if racism, inequality of people based on their race and ethnicity, is something that is not relevant in society and not worth talking about. I call that ostrich syndrome.

Exactly. I am certain people who are paid to have sex(pornstars/prostitutes) ALWAYS have sex with people they are not attracted too.(Ron Jeremy/Rodney Moore,etc..) This is exactly how I feel. If people would at least be man/woman enough to own up to the fact that they're racially discriminatory, I could at least respect them somewhat for being honest about it. Instead, people come up with these bullshit stories to make it seem like they're not really racist... but are forced to do something racially discriminating because of X, Y or Z. I find it a bit ironic when people try to take the "moral high ground" on things like racial discrimination when they're in the fucking PORN industry... an industry that practically has no morals to begin with.

True. It's not the best analogy to compare homosexuality with racial discrimination. They go along different lines. But "technically" you are sexually discriminatory by denying someone simply because of their sex.

They don't have to... but if your reason for not having sex with someone is based solely on the fact of their ethnicity, then that is called racial discrimination. I don't care how you want to try and spin the rationale in your head... the definition is the same.

Attraction doesn't change anything. Whether you're physically attracted to the person or not, it's still racial discrimination. The only way you can play the attraction option is if you DO have sex with people of that race/ethnicity that you find attractive. Meaning you have done it before and would do it again. The "I would do it if I found one that was attractive to me" doesn't fly either because you still have a biased against the entire ethnicity that you could never find that particular type physically attractive.
