A rather strange and dark collection of huge, canvas circus tents, each filled with a laughing, squabbling, or actively debating group. Some tents are smaller, with people ogling their favorite models and stars, and there's a rather large crowd gathered around the OSCM tent.
The mods wander back and forth, magically able to cast out any who transgress too much within this community.
