How Do You Change Signature Permissions?

it's saying I can't display an image in my signature.

Is it because I don't have enough posts? I read the FAQ and it doesn't really clearly states what I need to do? I may have missed it though?

I don't think you can use an image due to size rules.

Did you put [image] [/image] on either side of your text.
