I've only 'dealt' with one pair and they definitely felt much firmer than other busty girls I've been with. They were still soft but much firmer and much less movement in jiggling around etc. These were no bigger than a 30 D cup.

Seriously, bad boob jobs will be hard. Good boob jobs, you literally won't be able to tell the difference. Anyone who's been in my chatroom and seen my tits live will know what I'm talking about...guys come in and either they think that they're real, or they're genuinely confused about if they're fake or not. But the majority come in thinking they're 100% natural, because of how they look and how they squish and move around. And the greatest part of it all, they're still really new boobs...only a few months old!

I've felt a lot of them.
The short answer is, they feel great.

The long answer is...nice, FIRM natural breasts probably feel better in your hands....note that I emphasize firm. An enhanced set feels better than breasts that are not firm.

Also, you can feel the implant within the breast if you try.

That sounds good to me. I was thinking how natural boobs are almost too squishy sometimes. All you read when you google this topic is how hard and unnatural implants feel, but I'm guessing that the people posting those comments have no experience. A pair of implants that are done well look so awesome and squeezable that it is hard to imagine getting turned off by actually touching them.

It varies from ladies and their sizes. Some 34D & 36D are very firm. The one with a 40DD and another with a 32H were soft & fluffy.
