how companies score lifelong customers

For a kid's toy, it's very overpriced. I was gonna get some for a kid two years ago and was shocked at the price I was being asked to pay for "157 pieces" as the box said. The pale human male at the till said it was because of the price of oil going up. I don't think he got out much because he knew alot about that product.

Lego has always been expensive but in my mind is worth as it still is one of the best kid toys out there.

In a bell tower, watching you through cross hairs.
When I was a kid, I had SOOOO many Lego's, you had to measure them in tonnage! I was a Lego building mother fucker boy. This kid looks like he's got skillz too...I would love to see his original creations....that's the measure of a true master.

at the same time though. you know how much those ninjago sets even are? somewhere around 70 bucks for some. even more for others.

thats a little fucking expensive. its all business, all the same.

side question, you notice how all legos are in sets now. what ever happened to buying a big bucket of that crap and making your own ships?

i recently helped some kids make some of these ninjago sets, dont get me wrong, they are a bit better than they look, but its more of a model than anything else.
