Habeneros are weaksauce. I joke. But when I was younger, me and my friend, who were both dishwashers in a restaurant, would eat those things up like they were apples. They killed us then, but now they're just right. Goldilocks style.

I ordered The No Joke Jolokia Sauce off of www.pepperpalace.com and it is fucking hot. Uncomfortably hot. Un-enjoyably hot. I only ordered it to see what the big deal was about that pepper. I'm not sure If I'd eat it again.

Others on this site I enjoy are...Southern Redneck Sauce, Black Bear Brew Sauce, Apple Smoked Habenero Sauce and a couple others. I think they give you a deal if you order a certain amount. Check it out. If you dig it, rep Kill4Thril. He showed me the site.

I'm told I have a high tolerance for spicy foods. I think everyone else is just a wuss.

One thing I absolutely MUST have with Tabasco sauce is soup. Seriously, in a normal bowl of soup I pour at least an ounce of Tabasco for it to taste right. Most people can't handle eating soups that I make.

Love hot sauce although Tabasco is fairly overrated in my book. It's good for a kick but Cholula and Tapatio have more flavor as far as I am concerned....even though they aren't quite as hot. They just taste better.

Habanero and any of the Jamaican sauces are just too hot....period. Hot sauce should accent the food, not overwhelm it. And I'm not a heat pussy either....I can eat jalapenos by the handful.

I've had foods that are so fucking hot that I think Tabasco sauce would seem mild. I had some mole in Mexico once that almost burned a hole in my stomach lining. I've had Indian curries that nearly melted the fork that I was eating them with. Sometimes hot sauce is just redundant.
