I agree that most guys are all talk too. A lot of women are all talk. Also.. I find that even when carpet is clean, or repeatedly so the darkening or 'stains' can still linger. Keep your windows open, and go buy some cheap talcum/gold bond from the store and pour it onto the stains to cover the smell and lighten the area. Repeat as necessary.
