Does anyone know who the girl in this pic is? I've cropped the pic from a motivational poster to remove the hardcore, but it shouldn't be too hard to figure out what was going on. The "motivational poster" was titled "Who's Awesome? You're Awesome"

I'm trying to find out if she was a pornstar or just some random chick in an awesome picture.
