I think it has more to do with the lighting than the makeup, but I agree. That's what a lot of women look like in everyday situations.

Now, now, fellas! Before we start bashing each others favorite babes, let's remember that photos like that first one are "pixelated". For those that don't know, in this case, the picture seems pixelated because it is cropped and blown up to show just the lady. Note the dots making up the color in the handrail in front of her. This picture is pretty zoomed in, so I don't really think her face is pitted or full of acne. It looks like it though! LOL!
