Rather than just bumping in the vain hope of someone recognizing her, here's a good way to actively search for her, search talent/modeling/acting site profiles such as modelmayhem, onemodelplace etc for king of clubs references.
Example: in google search 'site:modelmayhem.com "king of clubs" ' . Gives me tons of hits from the girls who were on the show, you just have to sift through them until you find the right girl.
