horror movies

Ah, yeah I looked it up & it was the first one I saw.
It took about a week for me to finish the last 5 or 10 minutes.

I used to have tons of physical, real things happen in my old haunted digs, but I'd also get these HORRIBLY realistic dreams, and constantly had them about being pulled out of bed.
The SECOND I saw her leg start to be dragged I was like "AAAAAAHHHHHHH TURN IT OFF. TURNITOFFTURNITOFFTURNITOFF. My reaction was probably fairly entertaining at least. haha
You can really see the rising tempo throughout the movie with first little incidents like a door closing to its extremely violent and shocking conclusion, you gotta watch 2 as it's closely related to 1 in terms of storyline, I won't say anything more about it. I've had horrific dreams before but never any ghostly encounters as of yet.

The Paranormal Activity movies didn't scare me.
They were a different type or 'scary', you get to know a single family in great detail and watch them fall apart as they face these increasing horrifying incidents. The handheld cameras brings you closer to the characters and you can almost feel the harm and despair they are going through.

I did love the endings of the first though.

If you folks here on Freeones want a decent horror movie, with laughs, and is an original idea check out Tucker and Dale Vs. Evil...Or this new production group out of Canada called Astron 6 they have teamed up with Troma Films and make some good stuff like the cheesey B-grade horror that we remember from Saturday night's.

Tucker & Dale vs Evil is some of the best fun I've had watching a movie in a LONG time. I am a horror film NUT- but my tastes run more to older films. Though I would say loudly and proudly, I thought "Woman in Black" was the best horror movie I've seen in almost 30 years, hands down.

Your favorite Clive Barker art print is that? It's a picture of an individual with a knife-like penis and (for whatever reason) a bandaged hand.

I'm not interested in more crazy people. I know enough crazy people already!

fun·da·men·tal·ism (fnd-mntl-zm)
n.
1. A usually religious movement or point of view characterized by a return to fundamental principles, by rigid adherence to those principles, and often by intolerance of other views and opposition to secularism.

taking that in, the bandaged hand in short is a statement that we are all human, and have our vices... no matter how hard some may choose to cover them up. and since we are BOTH on a porn site, its not right to call me crazy for finding this artful, is it? :kettle:

I'm not making any judgements. I'm open to anything/ but if anyone tries something freaky with me I'll blow their head off. ;p

I was thinking if it wasn't for "The Last Broadcast" there wouldn't have been horror movies like Blair Witch and Paranormal Activity. The Last Broadcast is about a small news crew that goes out to the Jersey Pine Barrens to find the Jersey Devil.

I think movies like Peeping Tom and Cannibal Holocaust have meant much more for these type of "camcorder" movies.
