I think when your job involves your appearance an employer should have the right to demand you look a certain way. I don't see it as any different than a coach getting on a player that comes in overweight after the off-season or somebody that hires a model for a promotion when the same happens.

Now whether people's opinions are about whether she looks good enough for the job are another matter.

I have to agree. Hooters hires on looks, they are honest about that. I used to work for Hooters and they have a strict policy on looks. It is possible that she has a gut, or cellulite on her legs.

They do have different types of women, you just have to be in shape. Nothing wrong with expecting your models to be in shape and look nice. They expect the same thing in porn. Only 5 percent of the women that apply at Hooters get hired. They are selective in who they hire.
