Racing is life... anything else is just waiting.
Quite a few people on here seem to either know a lot about or have some pretty kick ass home entertainment systems. I don't watch all that much TV any more, but I'm thinking it would be nice to have a good surround sound system when I watch races or the occasional movie or TV show in the living room - not everyone would want to watch TV in my bedroom. 
The old Sony CD/home entertainment system I have in the bedroom is pretty lame... it's roughly 10 years old, so its best days are behind it anyway. What brand or type of system would you folks recommend???
I saw this Panasonic SC-BTT490 3D Home Theater system featured on a couple of sites. As far as I know, Panasonic has a pretty good rep. And this has the features that I *think* I want: built-in WiFi, wireless rear speakers, 5.1 3D Cinema surround sound, external HDD playback, full HD 3D Blu-Ray player, VIERA Connect so you can surf the web or get Netflix movies on it and the ability to control it with a smartphone/tablet app. Any other needed features that I don't know about?
Should I ask Santa to bring me this or would you recommend something else? What do you have and do you like it???
