She is working with an American porn company; Score. She just hasn't done anything HC for them & may never. All she's done are several strip videos & I believe some light girl-on-girl boobie play. I'd have to assume Score has tried to get her to do HC, perhaps they even succeeded but haven't shown it yet. She may also never do HC outside of Japan/non-mosaic. We'll just have to see what happens.

If she never does any HC it pretty much has to come done to one of these reasons:

2) She can't contractually because of her Japanese AV contracts

She should get out of it quickly. If I'm not mistaken is the American porn industry the most lucrative? Unless of course she doesn't want to show her vag uncensored, I really don't see how that's worse than getting multiple facials though.

Right but in America, and I think everywhere else but Japan, most people don't want to watch all that weird shit so she wouldn't have to do it. Would filming without the censors really be too expensive? In essence she would be doing absolutely nothing more than what she does now, possibly less, there would just be no post production blurring. Plus didn't it take a while before she actually took off her clothes and did hardcore porn in the first place?
