In my gym more have implants than don't
My point is I've known dozens of women with them and never heard of any problems.They look better, sexier, and more natural than the odd shaped water bags so many in the states have.

i didn't know this until i started researching implants but silicone implants only became available again last year in the US. ten years ago they took the dow corning implants off the market and started using saline. my doctor was involved in a four year study on the new memory gel silicone implants. he said prior to a year ago if someone already had saline implants they could replace them with the memory gel but if it was their first time they had to go with saline. i liked the shape of my boobs, i just wanted them bigger :spump:
