Having said that. I don't know of places or forums where Korean films are legitimately found. Now that R18 is gone ... Japanese JAV? Hong Kong AV? Taiwanese AV : Yes there are still plenty of other places around. But South Korean? : No.
The South Korean government is much worse in terms of having more pornographic restrictions than those of the Japanese government. You'd have to look and see. Use Google, and other search engines. And get a good translator program you're going to need it.
As for the scene? What you hit here is the Xvideos Red paysite translated into Korean. Maybe that was the plan? ... they put the scene onto the Xvideos Red Korean website. It's funny because if it was done the other way; i.e., uploaders taking a potentially shared/pirated scene from a website (the U.S. based Xvideos.com) which is known for piracy and moving it onto the Korean site that you've noted.

I dug a little deeper and i think this is most probably a chineese video with some terms like "SM" or "Hotwife training" but in chineese. I also think that this video is on the chineese porn website "91porn" but the search function is horrible on it, maybe if someone can use their magic and find it.
