Why do people ask this question? I never know how to answer it. I really don't like being called "Chief", "Guy", or "Bro/*******" either. I'd rather not shake your hand but if you feel you must please make it a normal businessman handshake not trying to jive it up and don't even think of trying that half handshake/half hug bullshit. I'm just trying to make it from the car to the store/house or from the store/house to the car as civilly as possible but don't get carried away with your douchebag self. Got that, "Chief"? I'd rather have you out of my way pretending you never saw me. Now that would be what I consider good manners.
