Help with Video CD's

Does anyone know how to make Video CD's? Is there a program that can convert MPEG's or AVI's into files viewable as Video CD's?

Try this one - DVD-SVCD. This converts DVD or AVI's to VCD

If you have a MPEG, Nero can convert to and burn SVCD format.
AVI's have to be converted beforehand.

Almost forgot - if you've got easy CD platinum, easy dvd or a full version of Nero, there should be an option to make a VCD on that as well. (Saves downloading extra software).
