Help with film title and brunette! Anita Blond?

I believe it is Anita Blond that is the pornstar in the film. The film I am looking for contains her or a look a-like that is getting nailed on a set of stairs in a house. I remember the film fading out from a painting that is hung on the wall on the stairway. I want to say she was wearing a tight fitted black or maybe purple dress. I don't have any images or clips.
