What the porn industry needs isn't people like Shelley Luben but:

1.) An employers organisation

They come up for the rights of the employers, but if they're smart they'll also keep check on what employers ask of their employees.

2.) A union

They come up for the rights of the employees

3.) pre-emptive councelling

So that girls won't start doing drugs, etc.



It won't solve all the problems, but it'll solve more than the email you received.

I agree, the adult industry should have this and more, someone needs to protect the rights of these beauties :helpme: and I'm sure the producers, directors and owners would hate this type of set up but screw them, they are making lot of money off the male and female performers, I really am surprised someone has not started something like this already but I'm sure its only a matter of time

Negative publicity is what hurts the industry the most and a system like this would partially solve that. It'd cost them more but they might also make more profit. But since there are schools in the US today where a kid can't even blow a kiss at it's parents anymore, I doubt such a system will be implemented soon.
