I wouldn't know about different bodytype (tits) - your pictures didn't show them.
That could be her :
Same eye color. If that's her, then the guy would be Joey Biohazard.

I can see where John is coming from on this one. She could be Gianna's mum (without knowing her DOB... and I think she's French or something)
But the worst thing anyone can say on forums is that somebody looks like someone else because they will assume that they are saying that it IS them and will be ridiculed. I've seen it happen time and time again.
And then there's just the general subjectivity when it comes to people who look alike becase there are threads for lookalikes and some people post up suggestions that nobody else can see a likeness for except the person doing the posting.
So the moral of the story is... it's fine to say you think someone reminds you of someone else as long as you make it clear that's what you are saying otherwise you open yourself up for ridicule from being misunderstood... and even then you still might be told by another user that they don't see it which is fair enough I guess - but in this instance, I can see the likeness which doesn't necessarily mean I'm saying that she is a dead ringer like many would interpret as what is being said.

You're alright because I'm not suggesting it was either and this was more of word of advice for John and anyone else reading this based on what I have observed in the past.
The exact words in John's initial response of:
"Pornstar looks like Premium Link Upgrade . First picture definitely. Same eye color. Same smile too."
...could and will be interpreted by a lot of people as meaning they are saying that think it is or could be them rather than it just resembles them.
You know... even people who don't respond can/will think this... so it's just a bit of a self-awareness memo! ie. saying they have the same eye color and smile could be interpreted as reasoning as to why it is 100% without a doubt them, when in actual fact... that's not what the person is saying at all.
Now I need to go away and ponder how I can articulate this in future without people misunderstanding what I mean either LOL
