I think that too much porn definitely has a negative affect on aspects of relationships with normal women. What those aspects are may vary, and that's kind of a different conversation completely.
In terms of the question you asked, I'd answer no. I really don't think porn affects standards more than say - someone who watches a ton of prime time tv or hollywood movies. In any form of media, we're bombarded with beautiful women, but I'd say that most of us have developed two sets of standards which differentiate between celebrities and everyday girls.
Take paris hilton for examples. I constantly see people talk on message boards and comment sections about how she's not that hot, doesn't appeal to them etc (forget about her personality for now, just think physically). But if paris hilton was never a celebrity, and moved in next door to you, i think everybody would think she's a 9 or 10. But when most people rate her they have this super high celebrity expectation and would probably give her a 6 or 7 out of ten.
