I've only done it once...well technically twice if you count her yelling at me to take it out after about 90 seconds. But the one I count was great! The only problem I encountered was the worst urinary tract infection of my life about a week after. I should have made her shower first I guess!

Hmmm, you had a urinary tract infection? What does the pain feel like because I had one before as well. Not sure if this was the result, but sometimes when I piss it hurts.

That's part of it! Symptoms can vary from person to person but the "usual suspects" are: it can hard to piss at all; and pain in your lower back or lower abdomen. When the infection get too bad a fever will kick your ass along with vomiting, etc.

Beyond that you'll want to check with a doctor.
