The cervix is about the size of the tip of a pencil and most of the time it can open to about the size of the end of a pencil near or during ovulation. My gf now that this happens with said she was sore the next day and had trouble sitting. I thought that meant I did good Thanks for the answer though. It still doesn't seem like it could cause any serious damage though. And I wasn't doing it that hard.
