I once e-mailed Paul Feig who wrote Freaks And Geeks just to see if he would answer which he was kind enough to do.
So I ended up on his and Judd Apatows mailing list.
Other than that I have written a few fan letters when I was younger plus I have pm´ed with a couple of stars on this board.

I emailed a few male pornstars, just guys with good tools. I emailed peter norths website once, those asked me to subscribe and bla bla. I emailed Jenna Jameson, it failed. I never get legit replies.

I've only emailed Christy Canyon and Kay Parker, but both of them sent back responses that would lead one to believe they actually read my email. Hell, with Christy, we've even had what I suppose can be called short, email convos.
