Middle-ager? At 23?
More like "kid"...

I'm healthy enough to still kick ass...
... and work 50+ hours a week.

cheers,

nope. no health problems that i'm aware of, i'll probably be pretty haggard and arthritic when i'm getting old though...i tend to do things that are abusive to my body on a regular basis :dunno:

Yes. Several major ones. Keeping me out of work/life. At least there is freeones.........

Honey, I think most freeones members skipped over your reply. They are only interested in themselves.

If you are speaking the truth, then I want to exclude you from the elderly members of FreeOnes that insult and degrade other members.

Wait a minute, I found that you are...

Just a second, there is a pause and I have to listen...

Had surgery on my leg late July. Had a few complications from it and today had the staples removed from my leg (a fun time had by all).

Plantar fasciitis. Oh it sucks. Thank god for benefits, good shoes cost $400. I also have to exercise and stretch specifically for my fucking feet. Rage.

Damn. And your job keeps you on your feet a lot. Ever think of moving to a desk?

I can't. I've thought about switching departments so I'm not standing in one spot for 8 hours. I'd still be on my feet, but walking is so much better than standing still. Waking up is the worst. The first step off my bed is so excruciating that I almost want to collapse. I limp around for the first couple hours of the day. I'm supposed to wear splints on my feet, but fuck that.

Have you tried alternate mattresses and different sleeping positions? Also, you should look into realignment massage. I had similar mornings to yours, but massage a few times a year makes a huge difference.
