I think it's based on the number of times a star is searched for within the specified period, and you wouldn't necessarily have to become unpopular to have a big drop in your rank. You could still have the same number of searches for you, or even more, but other girls had even more searches than you did and climbed over you. The number of searches is given when you type a name into the search box, and in your case, so far its been 328,099 searches, so not that unpopular.
And depending on how you wanna look at it, you'll always have Jitna.

Rank is a mix of several things. The babe rank on the babe pages, clicks, searches, content updates, and about 5 other things. So pretty much anything that has to do with a model on FreeOnes can potentially influence rank.
