Terrorism still exists, so... no.

The question is: is it possible to win the 'war on ******'? To me, the idea seems kind of like a war against war. ******* to stop *******. I know the intent is to stop the killers from ******* innocent people, but I'm not convinced this is the best way to do that.

I don't have any better (realistic) ideas either though.

you can win against a faceless enemy...the "enemy" we're fighting has no sovereign nation or absolute ruling body or even a homeland, therefore there is nothing that can be done to destroy it

I guess from an American point of view they have,with regards to getting
rid of Hussein,Bin Laden and Gadaafi.But they haven't got rid of the threat
of ******,as it can happen anywhere and at any time.
