:confused:I think that green bay should tell brett to stay retired... If I was Arron Rodgers I would tell green bay to make a public statement to go with me or trade me....:2 cents:

Brett Favre is nothing but a narcissistic ego-centric buffoon. If he has to embarrass himself and come crawling back to the field, let him play for a different team. Green Bay can't keep having that idiot hold the franchise hostage with his primadonna antics. Enough already. Let him be some other team's problem. He could actually do well if he joined Minnesota or one of the Florida teams...I think.

He has hurt that team for 5 years befor last year throwing so many picks and not lettin rodgers play. it is time to move on you had your press confrence crying saying you could not get through monday-saturday but show up on game day. your done and you are stll a hall of famer. stop with the games already!

Ohh, you just don't like him because he's a suth • a • nuh and speaks with such an accent of which is often stereotyped as . . we'll leave that one right there :D

Seriously, I think that he's set a decent example in the league and good for him. He's had a very successful career and I could imagine that it must be a nightmare to contemplate the idea that one day it would come to and end, particularly being that he's been with that club and started every game since game 4 of his rookie season (1992). Brett exceeded most of our expectations as a pro.
So no, I respectfully disagree in the perception that the man's a prima donna - center of the universe type, to any extreme anyway :dunno: You need some of that cocky - game "facedness" . . . that kind of rugged self assuredness to be competitive, IMO. In any event, it's time that he get the f'en he!! out of dodge 'cause there's new young blood that has to develop ! So suck in that gut dude ! and call it a career !

He'll coach one day, I guarantee it !

If you won a sweepstakes to "Spend A Day With Brett", you wouldn't just hang out, beer in hand . . sitting off of the front fender of his John Deere with a piece of hay 'tween yer teeth as he plows the field ?

No he won't. He's too much of a dick to coach. Don't you remember his (in)famous quote last season.."I don't get paid to teach Aaron Rodgers"...yeah, that sounds like a great teammate and future coach

Facetious....Brett Favre has conned the NFL world. He's just a stat whore and dumbass ESPN is part of the problem. They get on their knees everytime a Favre highlight package gets cued up. I suppose the Founding Father of the "I've Got Brett's Nuts In My Mouth Club"--John Madden, the loudest voice in the NFL..didn't help matters either...:dunno:

So true. I also think that ESPN's Chris Berman has amazing fellatio skills in regards to Brett Favre. :blowjob:

Yeah he also retired too lol ! I think that the infamous statement was purely an "in the heat of the moment" emotional ejaculation on his part. He can always qualify it with / as "being competitive", if need be.

As for the future coach . . ? Not necessarily a Green Bay Coach.
ESPN has a long standing rep. for building players' attitudes, both pos + as well as neg - .
Drama Sports Reporting Central, those guys ! Particularly the radio side. Whatever gets ratings.

Well, "that's all from here".
I wait not with baited breath to
see what he does. Drama Drama Drama Controversy Controversy Controversy  ;)

I think that he still has a year left in him. I agree with titsrock that he should try another team, though. I think my Dolphins could use some of his leadership.

Boy who would've thought ten years ago that Brett Favre would be caught up in a will-he won't-he comeback story?

Certainly not I.

Hello Sexy girl how your Toes doing?
IMO I would want him to come back.. GB was 1 bad game away from going to the superbowl.. I don't care what anybody says farve didn't lose that PO game by himself.. sure he played poorly; but the rest of the team didn't show up either.. now I don't know about you but I think farve still has a shotgun of an arm and can still play; if I was that close last year why jeopardize your chances this coming year???

Is GB gonna actually go into rebuilding mode once farve leaves for good??? I don't know much about his replacement; but if farve doesn't comeback or is gonna retire? GB should look to entice a relatively young proven QB to replace BF either by free agency or a trade so they will not slide back to a rebuilding mode and can remain a competitive team and continue to be a NFC contender.. :hatsoff:

true the pack where one game away but they have some questions to answer on defense, the corners are quite good they are both old and slowing the line lost one of the best tackles they had and the lb's don't make the plays you'd expect they are good but not great and i'm not sold on the running back grant it's easy to rack up yards when the defense is more concered about the qb than the runner.

If Favre comes back he will go from just majorly screwing up Rodgers' development to totally screwing it up now. He's almost like a wasted draft pick at this point.

I think that if I were Aaron Rogers,I would just demand to get traded to a team that doesn't have to put up with this type of shit every fucking year.If Brett does or doesn't come back,it just seems like he'll always be a distraction to the GB franchise, and a young QB trying to get his career started after following in the footsteps of a hall of fame QB really doesn't need to be bothered with that type of shit. And shame on the Packers for even allowing this shit to happen year after year.

I've always appreciated Favre's abilities as a player but he keeps pulling the same old Roger Clemens shit every year.I'm pretty sure that the only reason that he came back was to break Marino's records.

Brett, you're done.Stay at home with your kids.

Brett Favre used to be my favorite QB in the league. But the last few years he has been nothing but a drama queen. If he is truely a team player he wouldnt put the Packers through this same shit year in and year out. Every year its months upon months of Brett trying to decide if he wants to play or if he doesnt, while the Packers have to sit idol wondering what changes they are going to make to field a competetive team next season because they do not know what they'll have to work with. This does nothing but hurt the team. I think it's time for the Packers to tell Brett he made his decision, live with it, we are moving forward.

Might as well stay retired.

Farve just needs to give it up, after retiring twice now- forget about it man- he'll get more appreciated when he leaves and the next QB comes and is a worse fuck-up then himself. :1orglaugh
