I played it and so far it an good game and improvement from GTAIV. Also the dog Chop is cool in all but if you have an iPhone they have an GTA app called i-Fruit app. It an out now for those who own an iPod Torch, iPhones 4, 4S, 5, and 5S or 5C and iPads. It also coming to Android devices via Google Play Windows Phone, PlayStation Vita and Mobile .
Playing through single player. Loving the shit outta this game.

I've been playing this game the past two days. It's been pretty good so far, and the only bad aspects have been really minor at this point.
I haven't did any measurements, but at first glance the claim they had that the area you play is as big as San Andreas, Vice City, and GTA 4 combined seems VERY EXAGGERATED. Maybe it's just me, but there just doesn't seem any way it's as big as that. Unless they meant in the amount of data used to create it and not physical size in the game world it might not be any bigger than San Andreas was.

I havn't played GTAV yet, still wrapped in plastic, but I prefer a world that has many things to do through different environments rather than it being just huge and open spaced with repetitive trees and rocks all around. The map comparison looks like alot of green with a quarter being the city area.
Either way I'm sure I will enjoy this game when online starts in October.
Might want to get in line with the PC gamers.

We look at the tech at a more practical level: what will be ready for which game that we’re working on further down the line. We don’t have another GTA in development, we don’t work on three of these games at a time. That would be phenomenally depressing.
“So, in terms of GTA, no. We get pitched by the hardware manufacturers on what they’re planning to do and our tech guys come up with ideas on how that could be used. Does this influence design decisions? Of course. But we’re not sat there fantasizing about 10 years down the line. We’re so busy with what we’re doing right now.”"
Of course they could probably port the game over and may even likely do that, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
GTA5 on Xbox One and PS4 is a no-brainer once they get the PC version sorted out and have a lot of DLC. A 50GB Blu-Ray disc could easily hold the game and a lot of additional DLC episodes.

Let's hope that everything gets worked out and GTA: V will appear in format for the PS4.
I do expect Grand Theft Auto Online to make it to next gen consoles but GTA V is a wait and see.

I loved GTA V but to me the story was way to easy for someone who could never beat any GTA games before in the past lol
