If I had a lot of child porn if my 'sent' folder, and I was affraid that someone had hacked my e-mail, I think I would ask very similar question as in this thread :dunno:

if i had a lot of child porn in my 'sent' folder, i would delete it. in fact, if i had anything incriminating in my 'sent' folder or even sensitive that i did not want others to see, i would trash it. i see no purpose of saving it. what an idiot, in addition to being a sick wicked pervert. :crash:

First of all, I have a hard time believing this story.

Secondly, (assuming that your story is true), you completely fucked yourself by logging into his e-mail. Now, they can trace his e-mail back to your computer by following your IP address. Even if you don't have any illegal material on your computer, you can get into trouble for hacking into his e-mail account. So, I wouldn't report it to anybody.
