Seriously Adri, why do you ruin your stay here with posting private messages / rep messages in public? Solve your problem by PM or if you feel treated inappropriately, PM a mod to sort things out. We all know how this is going to end and this can't really be your intention. BTW, AsianXXXchick is a lady, otherwise AsianXXXguy would have been a more fitting name.

This thread was left open as a way to present honest unbiased opinions and ideas on how to improve the board. Not vent about getting bad rep.

I wasn't sure about this message board at first, but it's turning out to be really friendly and I've made at least five friends here already.

I know it's important that everyone reads the rules and sticks to them, but I can't help thinking that too many people (many not moderators) jump in to say this to newcomers and it can be a bit intimidating.

It only needs to be said once, by one person, preferably a moderator, IMHO.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that the board could be a bit more welcoming and newcomers could be given an easier time of it.

Presumably freeones wants people to keep joining and for numbers to grow, so it's in everyone's interests for it to be as friendly a place as possible.

I hope these remarks are taken in the spirit in which they are intended - constructive.

I'm glad you have seen the board for what it truly can be, a fun place to be and spend your time.

Some members on the board are quick to jump on newer members when they make a mistake or re-post something.

I bet I've read "next time try a search" a thousand times.

It wasn't so long ago that most of the now predominant members here were newbies themselves (myself included).
