Going topless and then covering it all - what's the deal?

I never understood what's the logic behind going topless for ages and then covering it all. Some models like Lucy Pinder, Premium Link Upgrade , and a few others have done that. I mean people have seen it all, so why do they cover up their breasts in the later part of their careers. Not complaining, but just wondering how it helps.
