Beck is a fucking moron. he shows both ignorance and a lacking knowledge of history. what makes his remarks even more disgusting is that the murderer referred to AUF (the campers) as the "Stoltenberg Jugend" which is a spoof of Hitler Jugend (Hitler youth)

At least these kids were not being told to support a country politically because it is Gods will and the Bible says so.

I have seen documentaries that show the poor children of christian fundamentalists who are indoctrinated with pure madness in bible camps, being told about insane biblical prophecies such as the rapture and why they must support Israel and "the chosen race" and how it ties in with their end of days nonsense.

He makes a valid point. I hate it when I see youths carrying the flag for their parents' ideology. Parents should raise their children to come to their own conclusions. That's Libertarianism.

But the problem is that his point is in one direction. That's hypocritical. But that's pundits and analysts for you. They are polarizing. They take one side, and ignore the other.

Everyone knows there are just as many right-wingers doing it to their kids as left-wingers. I'm just glad my parents raised me to think Libertarian, to be self-sufficient, and to value people on how they take responsibility for their own actions, or not.

As I was always taught, look carefully how people use their own time and money to help people, and not how they argue others should.

The best thing to do is ignore people like Beck.
