Glen Rice arrested (and then let go) any updates?

I know this is a verrry old story but I haven't seen any updates about it and was curious if anyone knew if he had divorced his wife and if so how much did she get in alimony and such. I searched the net but couldn't find any newer stuff. Any updates would be appreciated. Here is the original new story from Jan. 2008:
