Personally I wouldn't consider that first pic as "glamour"... that's a just a naked woman. Glamour does have "glitz" to it... a make-over, lighting and carefully selected wardrobe etc. This is what I would consider to be an example of Glamour and this would be the same woman in Hard Glamour.
