Well, it may not be considered murder, but I do think that it's against the law to intentionally give someone AIDS or not inform them of it before you have sex.

Regardless of the odds, putting someone at risk of contracting an incurable disease should be a punishable offense. I know a guy where I work who has genital herpes, but also happens to have "the gift"(that inexplicable ability of some guys who really have nothing going for them to pick up mass quantities of girls) and has unprotected sex with heaps of girls. Maybe instead of giving up on her, you SHOULD HAVE sought help for her. That is what a friend, a real friend would do. You have to understand that person's anger - anyone who has AIDS has a right to be pissed. It also could be the way she got AIDS. Anyway, you should have helped her through. 16 years...

I was a very good friend to her, more than she ever was for me and helped her through many things over many years. We weren't best friends, but kept in touch. She did not "have" aids (please reread post) she was remarking that "if" she got it that is what she would do. I do not want to associate with anyone that has no regard for others. That would do such a thing. Character is very important. I am always there to help others my friend. Always.

i often heard bout frustrated people who are supposed to have HIV...
it´s said that they have the passion to sneak through crowds in clubs and stick needles into strangers randomly. i never thought that someone can be as cruel as hell to do something like that. but in another point of view, these people need help. their fear of death is much bigger because they know it can happen sooner as they want. and once your immunity system is set off, you´ll catch one disease to another - painful slowly.
but to share same destiny isn´t help at all. when i ask myself, what would i do if i suffer the same way through, i´ll have no idea, true...
