It translates to "the blonde from Naked and Ridiculous." I found it when I was doing some "research" on Lida of Naked and Fun (an epic thread). She was in the signature of the original poster in this thread: http://************/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1206200, which explains why she's described as she is. Click on the drop down box that says Конфетки for the original pics. Anyway, punch the russian phrase into google and a variety of generic (and non russian) websites of her will pop up. Still don't know her name.
