Pictures always help. 
To take a screenshot, there are two ways to do it, depending on your video source.
a) If it's an online streaming video, pause the clip at a good moment (face clearly visible, eyes open), press the "print" key on your keyboard and paste it into a program like Paint. If needed, crop the screenshot (to hide personal information visible) and save it to your computer. Then upload the image either directly to the FO board or use an imagehost like Imagebam or imagevenue and post the link(s).
b) If you have the video stored on your computer, open the vid with VLC player, pause it at an appropriate moment, press "snapshot" in the head tabs in VLC and continue in Paint as described above.
