Gianna is so not a "starfish". She's one of the most entheusastic performers ever. She's always having a good time, laughing and putting in some serious fuck work. I miss her.

Maybe when she clocked out, in her personal life she just laid there but I kind of doubt it. She really performs. Anyone who says porn isn't work or is easy money hasn't seen her work.
