The more a person engages in something with inherent risks the more chances they have of becoming a victim of the risks.
One possible risk in any medical procedure is negligent personnel. It only stands to reason the more you undergo some medical procedure the more you subject yourself to that as well as the other associated risks.

Call it what you will but the concept is a pretty simple one. People engage in the risky behavior of cosmetic surgery for the various aesthetic, esteem and otherwise 'rewards' those procedures can bring.
Just because one ends up being a victim doesn't mean they don't share some blame for taking the unnecessary risk. 'Unnecessary' because of the risk to life posed when the condition you hope to change isn't threatening your life.

Ms Cora's husband, Tim Wosnitza, is set against it though, and has even gone to the extreme of getting hired help to stand guard in order to make sure the mini shrine is not removed on the quiet during the night.
'She was a beautiful woman. Who can take offence?' Mr Wosnitza said.
'I have employed security guards so they don't come in the middle of the night.'
Officials continue to argue that the grave's markings are inappropriate and could be deemed offensive by other mourners visiting the cemetery, which is one of the largest in the world.
