I thought this was a pretty impressive story.

A German farmer who lost both arms in an accident has been fitted with two new limbs in the first double arm transplant, his surgeons said yesterday.

Let's just hope those arms aren't the arms of a serial killer and this doesn't end up like that movie, Idle Hands.
