Ha ha! she never caught me sneakin her car out after midnight about 20 times when I was 14! :tongue:
Yes, sis and I laugh about our long past hatred for one another during every Thanksgiving or Christmas get together.

I guess anyone would become naturally protective if the situation arises. Situation never arose for me personally as my sisters are as tough as nails and would never get mixed with guys not good for them. Come to think about it the women in my family and extended family seem to be tougher and more independant than the men and even some of my tougher cousins have married women that seem to put them in their place (not that they ever dare to admit it :1orglaugh ). If you give women freedom when growing up they're more likely to become independant and strong minded and will probably view any brotherly or fatherly intervention as a challenge to that or a sign of weakness, not that it's wrong to want to protect the women in your family. :2 cents:

Well my dad is 6'3 like myself and he has been very protective of my mom, because she is only 5'4. But I pretty much look after my whole family.

They are able to take after themselves, but I won't tell what might happen if somebody ever seriously messed with them and got away with it because I wouldn't want any of my statement to potentially be used in a court of law in the future.

I have 2 younger sisters that I looked out for when we were growing up. I only had 1 time when I had to take care of a young man who couldn't get the message my sister was no longer interested in him. Now I have to be protective of my 2 daughters without being overprotective.

Not too worried about my mom she's ok because she's older and doesn't need me to protect her. However, I look out for my little sister because she is the baby of the family.
