Yeah, and I believe that list came out in November of 2011. Bluebird has pretty much gone belly-up. If we see anything released it will be a miracle.
It's also possible they will eventually sell their catalog of movies to somebody else and it could be released later.
...then again I would wonder why anybody would want to when most of the movies are junk.
That just doesn't happen.
L.A. LaMann filmed some scenes with Apago productions back in 1999... they went belly up before releasing them and we've never seen them. Cindy Pucci made her first b/g video around 2005/6 with a company that went belly up and it was never released. Tori Marlena filmed a b/g and a b/g/g scene for Erotique productions in 2007 and the same thing happened there... company went under before the films were edited and finished.
When the company goes under, the unfinished work gets the death penalty. Just seems to be the way of the industry.
