My cat is completely mental. She's about 15. I now have to leave a pint glass full of water on my bedside table because she has decided she likes drinking from it, and I put my own water somewhere else.

My friend has one that will chase the dogs frisbee when they throw it, and if it gets there first, it will sit on it and slap the dogs until they piss off.

Mayhem, my dog will make little oinking/grunting noises until I invite her up on my bed. She likes to sleep on me. Her favorite place is my head.
I don't mind because I can wake up and snap gorgeous shots, like this...

I had a 125 lb Akita that was like that always cautious not to step on his cat friend's tail when he laid down next to her. Cat got 3/4 of the bed from that beast too.

People asked for pics, and I don't know why my cellphone waited until now to let me send them to my computer, but here is Sassy the Monkey-kitty.
Things have gotten a little better since I bought a laser pointer. If anyone decides to try this route, get an ergonomically designed one. You'll be using it alot.

Nice cats there. My 2 just turned 7 months. Their favorite toy is still a kibble of food that they chase and wrestle over until one of them eats it. My family and me also got them many presents for Christmas that they are also enjoying.
When I first got the kittens at 9 weeks I bought this kitten food called Lotus that they really like. It's expensive at $47 for 16 lbs but they purr when they eat it. They look good, big, and healthy at 7 months. I think I'm going to keep them on that food throughout their lives. http://www.lotuspetfoods.com/

Super nice. My 2 are orange ones also; brother and sister. They'd be plotting the death of a rotisserie chicken as I brought it home from the store.
I have to say it's nice that fellas in here are good to cats. I've always found cats to be good pets. A little cleaning and servitude but lots of fun and friendship. Most of my cats I've found randomly in my back yard and they adapted incredibly to indoor life using the box perfect and everything. Even the feral ones that I can't touch are very good employees keeping the vermin away.

Fuck no! Orange tabby's are the most mischievous cats on earth. If your cat has orange in it, it's a little hellion. My little spawn of Satan is ALWAYS doing something that makes me think he wants to see me hurt....like running between my legs as I walk down the steps.

Cats are great, dogs are a pain in the ass. We always had a cat when I was a kid. I lived in a rural area so they never had a box. They would cry at the door like a dog and we'd let them out till they wanted to come back. Sometimes it wouldn't be for days but they always came back. Never messed in the house.
Looking at Mayhem's reminds me of our pure white short haired Sam. My brother-in-law would fix cars in our driveway and Sam would always be under the hood with him. Climb through the engine and watched while the car was being fixed. That bastard came out filthy and hated the clean up. We could have kept Sam in the house but he just loved being under the hood.
